I’ve gotta say that dealing with tradies can at times be a nightmare – especially if you are are ignorant as I am about plumbing! Also we have tenants so I hadn’t actually “seen” the shower issue. I had spoken to a number of companies about our shower but just trying to get someone out to the apartment just to look at it was difficult. I called Inner City Plumbing and spoke to Paras and she was brilliant – listened to my issue, asked for photos so that a plumber could confirm a part, and then had a plumber, Guy, out at our apartment within an hour, with the part AND fixed the issue. My tenants said Guy was professional and explained exactly what he was doing. He then called me and explained exactly what he had done. An absolute pleasure to deal with – will definitely be using Inner City Plumbing again and would highly recommend them – don’t go anywhere else – just thrilled and relieved to have the problem solved for my tenants. I just wanted to say that Inner City Plumbing were very professional, left everything clean and tidy plus followed up the next day to make sure we were happy with job. And we were. 5 stars all round.

I had problems with two leaking toilets which Steve took the time and effort to fix. He was professional throughout.

We had a burst pipe behind a brick wall in a laundry area on a Saturday morning. Water was seeping across the floor. Guy from Inner City Plumbing came not long after I called. He located where the leak was very quickly and within an hour a section of corroded copper pipe was removed and a new section inserted. He cleaned up the bits of brick and plaster from the excavation, dried the wall and the floor, and pushed the washing machine back in place. All this was done very calmly and very competently. He explained what had caused the problem and what he was doing at each step of the repair. He was in and out in exactly an hour. Very impressive and I’ll be using him as our plumber from now on.

We contacted the firm and got what we needed the same day (carbon monoxide checking). Guy and his young apprentice Lachie were professional and thorough. We were very pleased and will certainly use them again!

Nick repaired a broken pipe in our toilet which was pouring water everywhere He did a fantastic job. He came in about an hour on Tues which was fantastic as pipe burst on that morning. We were thrilled with the service. Will use again without hesitation. Nick also did a pressure test and replaced a washer.
