Jack did an outstanding job fixing our blocked sewer, which turned out to be far more complicated than expected, requiring digging to access the pipe. He handled it with real professionalism, patiently explaining the problem and what he was doing, which made a stressful situation much easier. He clearly wanted to fix the issue properly, not just patch it. Personable and efficient! I would recommend him without hesitation.

We would highly recommend Inner City Plumbing. Very happy with their services, professional staff, pricing and punctuality. We restructured our kitchen completely, included plumbing rerouting, multiple sink installs, Miele gas cooktop instsll, integrated freezer icemaker plumbing points and a Eoro laundry and new toilet. I’ve had Guy and his teammate twice now and they’ve been excellent both times. The first time was for a water leak, and they quickly found the issue. Recently, I had another leak from my hot water system and they came out within an hour and resolved it straight away. They are professional, reliable, and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again.
