Guy from Inner City Plumbing repaired a badly leaking rain head on our roof today. He removed a rusted out downpipe pop, flushed out debris from the system and fitted a new pop. He did a good job, charged a fair price, was very professional, and a nice bloke to deal with. We would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

So very happy with this company. I called on a Saturday with a toilet problem and Ty came out just over an hour later and fixed the problem. Considering it was a Saturday the fee was reasonable and I'm very happy with Ty's work. He explained what he was doing and showed me the problem washer before he replaced it. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company. Also being available 24/7 is a big bonus.

After the heavy rain last week we eneded up with a hole in the ceiling. I suspected a leaking gutter and called around to find a local plumber who could inspect the roof on very short notice.The service from Inner City Plumbing was outstanding, they had one of their plumbers, Tyron, on our roof in about 30 minutes from the time I made the phone call.He was very good to deal with, he was well prepared and did the initial repair required to prevent any further water coming through the rusted out gutter.Could not have asked for better service - on time, professional and above all, a job well done! I highly recommend these guys!

Steve from Inner City Plumbing installed a garden tap on our rooftop terrace. From quote to completion the job was seemless.The price was reasonable and Steve was professional, on time and got the job done with no fuss. I would highly recommend this business.

Failed hot water unit. Shane arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem and had the system replaced and back up within 3hrs. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend and use again.

Tyron Waring, the plumber from Inner City Plumbing, solved a number of issues we’ve had for a long time, as wellas fixing a pressing major problem. He gave clear advice about our options too. He was friendly and it was easy to chat with him. We were impressed with his professionalism and his tidiness. He’s a great asset to the company. This is the second time we’ve used this company and on each occasion the plumbers have been nice people as well as being very good at their jobs.We used Inner City Plumbing again two weeks ago. They were able to send out Tyron Waring within 24 hours. He did a great job: worked solidly for four hours on a variety of problems in an old house. He gave clear advice, solved the problems and cleaned up very well. It’s such a relief to find a plumber who is clearly trust-worthy and hard working.

Prompt, efficient and did a great job - this basically sums up my experience with these guys. Late Friday afternoon my only toilet in the house became blocked (that was my diagnosis) so the prospect of going through the entire weekend with a blocked toilet was not at all appealing. I called around a few plumbers and none would come out on short notice. Fortunately I called these guys, on their website it says ‘plumber within the hour’ and true to their word, they were there within the hour. The service could not have been better, they immediately diagnosed that the issue was not with the toilet itself, rather it was the blocked sewer in the laneway at the back of the property. They had all machinery in the van and with two guys on the job they went to work and unblocked the drainage. Disaster averted!I was really impressed by how Shane and the other plumber (sorry I can’t remember his name), went about their job. Very precise, didn’t make a mess and tidied up after they finished the job. Really good guys to deal with. Well done and thank you!

Guy Smith-Steane came to fix sewage blockage at my house today. He was punctual and professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Very grateful that he was able to resolve the issue, and my toilets were finally functioning properly again. Highly recommend Guy and Inner City Plumbing.

Prompt service with from a plumber who identified my problem and quickly fixed it at a reasonable price (taking account of the fact the service was outside normal working hours) I will keep this company in mind when I require plumbing work in the future.

Responsive and reliable but somewhat expensive.I called Inner City Plumbing 7am Monday morning after a burst pipe overnight had our water off at the mains and unable to shower for work.They were one of the only plumbers that answered the phone and arrived promptly at 8:30am and resolved the issue in 1.5hours.I thought normal rates would apply but I think we were still charged "emergency" rates based on the final bill.

I called Inner City Plumbing as we had a gas leak. I tried a number of plumbers in our area and no one was available to come out on the same day. Inner City Plumbing had plumber Shane arrive within the hour. Shane was awesome! He let us know the price at every stage. He showed us what needed doing and made sure everything was safe.Happy to recommend these guys. Price was great and the job was completed properly.
